General Terms and Conditions
1. IntroductionThese Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between SunnyAngelsLLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our") and you ("Customer", "User"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the digital course provided by Angels Academy ("Course", "Service") and any of its related products and services.By purchasing the Course and accessing the content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or use the Course.
2. Course Access and Subscription2.1 Access to Course ContentUpon successful payment, you will receive access to the digital course content through our online platform. This access is granted for the duration of your subscription period.Excluded is the pre-order of the early bird seat. You Subscription will begin with successful payment. 2.2 Subscription and PaymentThe Course is provided on a subscription basis. The subscription period may be monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on the plan chosen at the time of purchase. Payment for the subscription is required upfront for the entire period.2.3 Automatic RenewalYour subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription renewal fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy3.1 CancellationYou may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current subscription period. You will continue to have access to the Course content until the end of your subscription period, after which your access will be terminated.You can canel your subscription via E-Mail. Please send your inquiry to cancelation@sunny-angels.com3.2 RefundsRefunds are not provided for subscription fees already paid, except as required by applicable law. If you believe there are exceptional circumstances that warrant a refund, please contact us.
4. User Responsibilities4.1 Account SecurityYou are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.4.2 Prohibited ActivitiesYou agree not to:Share your login credentials or allow others to access the Course using your account.Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Course content without our express written permission.Use the Course content for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage our reputation or interfere with the use and enjoyment of the Course by others.
5. Intellectual PropertyAll content, materials, and intellectual property provided in the Course are owned by SunnyAngelsLLC or its licensors. Unauthorized use of any of our trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, SunnyAngelsLLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Course.
7. Changes to the TermsWe reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this document. By continuing to use the Course after the changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
